Terms and Conditions

1. Cars and dates will only be reserved for 10 days from first contact until the full deposit is paid.

2. A non returnable deposit of £100 is payable at the point of confirming the booking.

3. Full balance outstanding must be paid 8 weeks prior to the wedding.

4. Deposits are non returnable.

5. All cars come with internal flower display, unformed chauffeur and ribbons.

6. Every effort is made to meet deadlines however we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused for example by extreme traffic conditions, restrictions on vehicle access etc.

7. No smoking is permitted in any vehicle.

8. Maximum passenger number are 3 in the vintage car and 4 is saloons inclusive of children (flower girls, page boys etc).

9. Vintage vehicles - customers are advised that due to the age of the vehicles, no seatbelts are fitted.

Vintage vehicles are not suitable for motorway journeys and if this is required we will plan to allow additional time for an alternative route to the venue.

10. Clients are responsible for checking all details are correct on the confirmation form.

11. A respresentative from Accent Wedding Cars will contact the client 2 weeks prior to the wedding to finalise and confirm original requirements.

12. Bookings are accepted only on condition that the hirer accepts and understands the above Terms and Conditions (T's & C's). T's & C's are effective from payment of deposit.

13. The hire cost only includes collection of named parties as per confimation itinery. Additional requests are likely to incur additional charges.

14. Damage to any vehicle belonging to Accent Wedding Cars caused by clients will be charged at full repair costs. Any loss of revenue from said vehicle not being able to fulfill other booked obligations will also be charged. If interior cleaning is required, caused by passengers, a further charge of £60 is applicable.
